Rawr!
It's been close to five months since Micah and I started on this project. In this time, we've both learnt a lot about how to write, design and produce a webcomic, and what it means to be part of this field.
We've decided, after serious discussion, to put this comic on hold for a bit, while we embark on a series of changes and revamps to make the characters better, the story tighter, and everything a whole lot more engaging.
So thanks everyone for your encouragement, feedback and support. Keep watching this space, and hopefully, we'll be back in a month or two with something incredibly cool!
WoR Contest!

We're holding our first War of the Roses Contest. You can see the contest at the latest page on the comic site! Here're the simple rules.
You
have to complete the crossword puzzle and send me the completed
answers. You don't necessarily have to actually put the letters in the
boxes (though you can if you want!). Just as long as you let me know
which answers go where (1 Down, etc.), it should be all good. The
answers can be found throughout the War of the Roses website and the first chapter of the comic.
So what do you get?
The
first THREE people to submit a correctly completed crossword puzzle to
me will each get a personalized sketch of their favorite WoR character.
Basically, you can pick one option from each category on this list, except for the ones that say "pick twice."
To
submit your answers, you can either note me or send an email to
banditkingjing@gmail.com -- either works fine, I'll go by timestamp to
see who the winners are. The crossword's not too difficult, so good
luck!

Page 2-3 and New Style

Well, sorry for the delay, everyone. I had unexpected school issues that needed to be dealt with before I could get t he page finished. It is up now, though, and you can see it here!
I've been experimenting with a new style behind the scenes lately. Once I clean up a couple of the pictures, I'll post them here so you can see. I like what I've done and Jason also approves, so I'll be sticking with it for the indefinite future. Keep an eye out here or on my dA!

The Wallachian Ogre says "Rawr!"
Page 2-2 is up, and if you haven't already noticed, this week's instalment is all about the chibi. XD 2-2 also reveals a little more about Jeanne's mission and her love affair with Wallachia's rampaging monsters. :x
Enjoy this week's dose of silly chibi-ness, and we'll get back to something a little more serious next week as our intrepid adventurers begin their journey though the countryside!

Thanks for being patient with us during busy week. It's back to normal now, though, so expect regular comic and lore updates to be back on schedule.
There's a little more plot exposition in our latest comic this week, more Altair being smirky, and mention of a <Fragment>. D:
It's got little angle brackets around it, so it's gotta be important. But what exactly is it? And is it *gasp* a quest item?
